- Client Account Data: Retained for the duration of our business relationship plus three (3) years following the termination of services, to allow for the resolution of any outstanding matters, disputes, or inquiries.
- Financial Records: Retained for seven (7) years from the date of the transaction to comply with tax and accounting obligations under United States federal and state law.
- Communication Records: Emails, support tickets, and other correspondence are retained for three (3) years from the date of the last communication unless a longer retention period is required for legal or contractual purposes.
